How a repair works

No Guesswork, Start to Finish

You'll know what's wrong, what it costs, and how long it will take before we pick up a tool.

  1. Step 01

    Get in touch

Call or email and tell us what's going on. Need an appraisal? Ask about it separately so we can set time aside for the research.

  2. Step 02

Get a time frame and an estimate

We inspect the instrument and tell you what it needs, what it costs, and when it'll be ready. If parts have to be ordered, you'll hear how long that takes too. Our goal is one week for most repairs. If yours needs longer, you'll hear from us before then.

  3. Step 03

Hear from us if anything changes

A part ships late, or we find a second problem once it's open. Either way, you get a call. Nobody gets left wondering.

  4. Step 04

We call and email when it's done

Both, so the news doesn't sit in a voicemail box.

  5. Step 05

    Check it, then pay

Play it and look it over. Once you're satisfied the problem is gone, you pay. Every repair is guaranteed for a month after that.
