Percussion and Keyboard Repair Questions
No. Our keyboard work is digital only: electronic keyboards, synthesizers, and digital pianos.
Not for drums and percussion. We evaluate them for free and give you an official estimate. Keyboards are the exception, with a $56 diagnostic fee.
Finding a fault in an amp or keyboard means opening it up and tracing the circuit, which takes real bench time. The $56 diagnostic is paid upfront, and it's credited toward the repair if you go ahead. If you decide not to, the fee covers the time we spent finding the problem.
Our goal is one week for most repairs. If your instrument needs parts ordered or more time on the bench, we'll tell you before then, not after.
Bring it back. Every repair is guaranteed for 30 days, and we'll fix the issue for free. The guarantee doesn't cover instruments that have been dropped or mishandled.
